Pack® Door - BMP Europe

The BMP EUROPE high-speed folding door is an ideal solution where both fast and continuous transits and a large structural impediment must be provided when the door is closed.

The high speed door adapts to all product sectors by dividing it into several models.

This type of high-speed doors consist of a U-shaped galvanized steel perimeter structure suitable to contain the sliding of the curtain.

In the range of special fabric closures, we are able to develop large-sized doors to measure both for ground compartments and for overhead crane closures.

The maximum dimensions made on flexible doors are 50m width by 40m height with wind resistance characteristics of 160 km/h made with aluminum trusses and double sheet for large closures.

DynamicRoll® - BMP Europe

DynamicRoll® is a self-repairing rapid-roll industrial door designed to facilitate traffic flow and ensure high intrinsic safety.

The basic model has a high flexibility of use: the door is suitable for indoor and outdoor environments and over the years has found a large number of applications ranging from the industrial sector to that of large-scale distribution (GDO), storage warehouses, agri-food, military, chemical industry and car washes.

The strengths of this door are the absence of metal parts in the closure, consisting only of a PVC curtain.

The special sliding system allows the curtain to repair itself, in case of impact, to let the curtain come out and to re-enter it without the intervention of an operator.

BDrive® represents the new frontier of PVC self-repairing high-speed doors, in fact, thanks to the innovative push & pull system, it guarantees the closure of the door in extreme wind conditions up to class 5.

The BDrive® doors allow self-repair at the exact point of impact and not at the end of the guide.

The patented curtain with its new and resistant zip in polyzene / high density polyethylene allows to avoid twisting movements and therefore jamming in the event of a collision or in the operation of re-conveying in the post impact guide.

DynamicRoll® Frigo 2 - BMP Europe

The DynamicRoll® FRIGO 2 is a fast-winding self-repairing door, equipped with two 200 mm spaced PVC curtain, which in the closed position create an insulated air chamber. The door is equipped with a (low consumption) hairdryer of hot air continuously in operation which creates insulation between the 2 layers.

This technology makes the DynamicRoll® FRIGO 2 door suitable for the needs of refrigeration, a sector in which it is necessary to separate environments characterized by positive and negative temperatures.

The high insulation of the structure prevents the formation of condensation or ice, elements which are potentially very dangerous for the operators and for the operation of the door itself.

The DynamicRoll® FRIGO 2 can be installed in both positive and negative temperatures and is a guarantee of safety during operations for workers and vehicles.

Thanks to its curtain without horizontal metal elements and the special self-repairing sliding system, the DynamicRoll® FRIGO 2 door, in the event of a collision, lets the curtain come out to reinsert it automatically without the intervention of an operator.

In negative temperature applications, a continuous flow hot air hair dryer is provided which avoids the formation of ice.
